| I believe in selling a product I believe in myself. I now offer to my client’s property management for all investment properties. I offer to my clients the best all around service to make investing as easy as possible for them The fees are as follows: 10% of gross monthly rents collected for 1-6 units, 8% of gross monthly rents collected for 7-20 units, 7% of gross monthly rents collected for 21-32 units, 6% of gross monthly rents collected for 33-50 units, 5% of gross monthly rents collected for 51-100+ units. Set Up Fee's: $100.00 for 1-2 units $250.00 for 4-6 units. **Amounts may vary and increase depending on amount of deferred maintenance or supervision needed- (to be negotiated.)** This set up fee covers the following: inspection of the property, vendor organization, setting up the property and tenants into system, digital pictures, web posting, MLS posting, and a sign on the property. Lease Fee's: Single residential homes fee is equal to 1st months rent, Apartments fee equal to 1st months rent. This lease fee covers showing property until rented qualifying applicant and renting unit.
